This windows show a print preview of the active editor document. You
can also start the actual printing here. The window is shown by using the
"File/Print" command.
Page Selector: Select the page you want to show in the
Preview Pane
Print: Select the data range to print:
All Pages: Print the whole document
Current Page: Print the page selected in the Page
Selector
Selection: Print the current editor selection only
Editor View: Print the data range actually visible in the
editor
Margins: Enter the top, left, right and bottom print margin in
Millimeters
Font: Click this button to choose the font used for
printing
Print colors: Check this box to use the editor's colors
for printing
Use Background Color: Check this box to paint the paper's
background using the editor's background color
Selection printed bold: Check this box to print the block
currently selected in the editor using a bold font
Page Header: The contents of this field are printed at the top
of each page. The page header consists of three parts (left, centered
and right) which are separated by pipe characters ("|") in
this edit box. There are a few macros available here:
%f: Print the filename of the printed document (without
path)
%F: Print the filename of the printed document (including
path)
%p: Print the currently printed page's number
%P: Print the number of pages
%t: Print the current time
%d: Print the current date
%>: Print the long name of the active document's
character translation (like "Windows", "Dos 8
Bit", "Unicode Big Endian"...)
%<: Print the short name of the active document's
character translation (like "WIN", "DOS",
"UCBE"...)
Page Footer: The contents of this field are printed at the
bottom of each page. The Page Header macros are available too. The
footer also consists of a left, a centered and a right part
Preview Pane: This part displays a preview of the selected
page
Zoom Button: Use this button to change the preview's
size
